"Well the first day I came to camp, I was very much overweight, and very depressed and didnt have a lot of energy. I used to think my job was very stressful and since I've been coming to camp for the last 8 weeks, not only is camp really fun, but I have great energy that lasts all day. I love the nutrition plan. I can honestly say that I'm never hungry. Its very satisfying I have no  cravings at all. I was a big sweets eater and candy and soda. I've tried everything before and nothing has ever worked for me and this is the best thing that I have ever done. Greg is changing my life and not only with how I look.
 
I have lost about 30lbs, 6% body-fat, about 18 inches off my body, have gone own a couple of dress sizes in 8 weeks. I feel so much better about myself; it's given me so much more confidence, not only at home, but also at work. I can honestly say that I dont come home stressed out complaining about my job anymore. I get excited about coming to camp, it's actually fun. I've done gyms before and done all kinds of programs and it gets boring. But this after 8 weeks, is always exciting, always something different. Its fun and you meet some great people.
 
Well I have acid-reflux and I have taken medicine for that for the last 15 years and Im no longer on that medication at all. I have no heartburn at all. My cholesterol has gone way down and I also had high blood pressure and I was on another 2 medications for that. My pressure has remained low since I started so my doctor started to take me off that medication and in the next couple of months all of my medications. It's a great thing. Its changed my life in so many different areas.
 I would reccomend it to anybody, and, like I said, I have truly tried every other diet and fitness program and this is truly amazing. My whole family and my friends noticed that not only am I looking better, but I'm happy, and I'm acting better.  It's Wonderful!

"He measured me which I never had done before. They (other gyms) usually just tell you what to do and then you're on your own. I didn't stick with diet plans and fitness center very long because I wasnt seeing results so I was kind of discouraging. Now, I have to buy new clothes because the are falling off me. I definitely see more definition all around and I was at 42% body fat and now I'm at 37.5% body fat. I lost 4 inches from my abs, 3.5  inches from my waist and 3 inches from my hips. My pants are falling down every day. I'm having a blast. I enjoy coming to camp. It's a great time. I met a lot of great people. I went to Phys------ Weight Loss and they wanted me to pretty much starve myself; I've been to different gyms and I just wasn't getting any results. I had trainers at the gyms but they would just stand there and they wouldn't help you. I definitely see results now, I get compliments every day and I have a lot more energy.

A few of my friends, and my sister got involved so I thought i wouls give it a try. I didnt have too many expectations but after about 4 to 5 weeks, lost 15 lbs, 16 inches and 8% body-fat. Its really a good thing and I'd recommend it for all my friends and anyone just trying to get fit, get tone, or lose weight.

 The camps are a lot of fun and will give you a lot of results because and he takes care of all personal goals. When I started following his nutritional guidelines and then I was able to drop 15 lbs and by May I dropped about 45 lbs and still coming and try to get myself the best shape  possible. I'm still having a good time; I wouldn't be coming if I didn't. All the new people that you meet and we all do the best we can and encourage each other.

BOOTCAMP SUCCESS STORY!!!!

Greg! I have a little success story for you! I had to tighten my belt a notch because my pants don't fit me anymore.. I may have to go shopping for a smaller size!! 
Boot camp was so much fun the other night. I will definitely give a video testimony because it really worked for me! I better get a hoodie for it though! haha!

 "I just got word that I had to take a physical Unlimited test to qualify for the Police Department. It included pushups, sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run. I needed to drop my current 1.5 mile time from 13:53 to under 12 minutes in only 2 and a half weeks .I was in trouble because it seemed like it was impossible. I talked to Greg about my problem and he stepped up and put together an awesome nutrition plan and a running program.He explained that this is going to be not only a physical push but a mental challenge and encouraged me to be positive throughout the process.
